B2C CS And Bot App

This project involved creating a chatbot for FirstDirect 2.0 to provide customer support and an MS Teams integrated application for the customer support team to resolve, manage and track customer complaints on the enterprise application.

As the designer responsible for this project, I carried out research, came up with the interaction design, UI designs, and prototypes for the solutions.
