Finacle Customization

Finacle is a banking solution that allows financial institutions to process and manage the financial transactions of their customers. This application uses menus and modules to carry out respective actions and tasks.

As the UX designer working with the Sub-Saharan Africa team, I was responsible for creating user flows, interaction designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate process flows for custom menus and modules.
